Invoices Review
The Billing > Invoices section logs all the invoices generated by the platform. The list tracks payment statuses, allowing administrators to monitor the POST users' charges and easily distinguish problematic invoices.
The table provides the following information:
- Ext. Invoice ID - a unique identifier of the invoice in the external billing system (dash “-” for internal)
- Description - invoice description based on the type
- Subscription - subscription period
- Subscription Update – subscription update quantity
- Post Payment – custom description from the external billing system
- Amount - invoice total sum (hover over and click on the hint to view details)
Tip: You can view a detailed report on the invoice price by hovering over the Amount column and clicking on the appeared info icon.
- Status - one of the following invoice states: Open, Expired, Paid, Paid (expired), Void, Discarded, UncollectibleTip: For better visualization, the status is additionally highlighted via the color-coded icons at the start of each line (e.g. Open - blue, Paid - green, Expired - red).
- User ID – a unique identifier of the corresponding account within the platform (click to review the user in detail)
- Subscription – a unique identifier of the corresponding subscription (click to review the subscription in detail)
- Created - date and time of invoice creation
- Due - expiration date for the invoice
- Paid - date and time the invoice was paid
- Auto Pay – the origin of the invoice creation (tick – for generated via auto pay, dash – for manually requested)
- Number – a unique invoice name
- ID - a unique identifier of the invoice
- Reseller - shows which reseller generated an invoice ("-" for the main platform)
In order to narrow down the list, you can search by external invoice ID, internal ID, or name. Also, it is possible to filter the table by user ID, reseller, status, type, and period. Click the Search button to apply the filters and Clear to restore the default list.
You can select any non-completed invoice and manually Change Status with the same-named button in the tools bar.
Also, you can change the status by hovering over the record and clicking the pencil icon in the Status column.
